Is InviBook free?
Yes — permanently. The free plan has no time limit and includes up to 100 bookings per month, 2 staff members and 5 services, with no card required. Paid plans add unlimited bookings, a custom domain and removal of InviBook branding.
Is the free plan time-limited?
No. The free plan is permanently free — it is not a trial and it does not expire. We never ask for a card and there is no automatic upgrade to a paid plan. InviBook runs on a freemium model: core booking features are free with no time limit, while advanced options are paid for through the Business and Pro plans.
Which businesses is InviBook for?

Can I use my own domain?

A client opens your link, picks a service, a staff member and a free slot, and confirms the booking. You are notified instantly, and the client gets an automatic confirmation and a reminder before the appointment.
How do I set up online payments and deposits?
Deposits and prepayment are part of the Pro plan. Once you activate it, click “Connect with Stripe” in your settings and you are ready in minutes — customers pay by card while booking, and payments go straight to your Stripe account. Stripe charges its fees under its own pricing; InviBook takes no share of your payments.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes, for Android. The InviBook app puts your calendar, clients, staff and takings on your phone, and every new booking arrives as a notification. Download it free on Google Play.
