Built to bring you more bookings
Every detail solves a real small-business problem — from branding to payments and reminders.
InviBook covers the whole path of a single booking: the client opens your link, picks a service and a free slot, gets an automatic confirmation and a reminder just before the visit, and you see a full day in your calendar — on a computer or in the mobile app. Every link in that chain is explained below, in order.
Your brand, not ours
Set your logo, brand color and your own domain. Clients see you — InviBook works invisibly in the background.
On the big booking platforms your client browses a list where you are one row and your competitor is the next. InviBook works the other way round: you get a page of your own on your own link, with your logo, your colours and your service names. No one else's offers, no redirects to other salons — a client who came to you stays with you. You put the link in your Instagram bio, on your Google profile, on a business card or in a WhatsApp message, and it stays the same however you change your services and prices.
A calendar that works for you
Define working hours, breaks, holidays and the duration of every service. The system shows only genuinely free slots.
Free slots are not typed in by hand — the calendar works them out. You set working hours per day, breaks, days off and the duration of each service, and the system combines all of that to offer the client only what can actually be booked: if a treatment runs 90 minutes, a 16:00 slot will not be offered when you close at 17:00. Every staff member has their own schedule and their own services, so a salon with four chairs runs as four independent calendars in a single view. Two-way sync means a personal commitment added to Google Calendar closes that slot here immediately.
Fewer empty slots
Automatic WhatsApp and SMS reminders notify clients on time. Fewer no-shows, a fuller day.
No-shows are the biggest quiet cost in any business that runs on appointments — an empty hour cannot be sold later. So every booking gets a confirmation straight away, and a WhatsApp or SMS reminder just before the appointment. You choose when they go out: usually 24 hours ahead, so the client has time to move the slot if it no longer suits, and two hours ahead so they do not forget. Every message carries a link to cancel or reschedule, so a freed slot goes back on offer immediately instead of sitting empty.
Deposits against no-shows
For services with a high risk of cancellation, take a deposit or the full amount up front — the customer pays by card while booking, and the appointment is confirmed only once the payment goes through.
On long treatments, tattoos and medical appointments a no-show hurts most, and the surest protection is having the client pay something up front. You set the deposit per service, as a percentage or a fixed amount, and the client pays it by card in the same step where they pick the slot. The booking is confirmed only once the payment goes through, so uncovered appointments never take up space in the calendar. When a client cancels within the window you set, the refund goes out automatically — no back-and-forth, no returning money by hand.
Run your business from your phone
The InviBook app for Android puts your calendar, clients, staff and takings in your pocket — every new booking arrives as a notification.
Bookings do not only arrive while you are sitting at a computer. The app shows the same calendar, the same clients and the same payments as the web version, and every new booking arrives as a notification on your phone — you see it even with the screen locked. You can move, cancel or add an appointment by hand between two clients, and the change shows up on your booking page immediately.
Frequently asked questions about features
Do clients need to install an app to book an appointment?
No. The client opens your link in a browser — on a phone or a computer — and books without signing up and without installing anything. The mobile app is for you, so you can run the business from your phone; the client only needs the link.
How does InviBook prevent double bookings?
The slot is locked the moment it is confirmed. The calendar works out availability per staff member and per service duration, so the same slot cannot be sold twice even when two clients book at the same moment. Events in a connected Google Calendar close the slot too.
Can staff members have different working hours and different services?
Yes. Every staff member has their own schedule, their own breaks and their own list of services. The client picks the person they want to see, or the system offers the first one free for the chosen service.
What happens when a client cancels?
The client cancels through the link in the confirmation or the reminder, you get a notification, and the slot goes straight back on offer for someone else to take. If a deposit was paid and the cancellation arrived within the window you set, the refund starts automatically.
Can I take a deposit by card?
Yes. In Serbia and North Macedonia card payments go through AllSecure and the arrangement is agreed along with your plan; in other markets you connect your own Stripe account in a couple of minutes, so payments land directly in your account.
How long does setup take?
The basics — services, prices, working hours and your link — take about five minutes, and that is enough to take your first booking. Staff, deposits, vouchers and calendar sync come later, without setting everything up again from scratch.
