InviBook runs on a freemium model, not a trial model. The difference matters: the free plan has no expiry date, asks for no card at sign-up and never switches itself to a paid plan. If a hundred bookings a month, two staff members and five services are enough for you, InviBook stays free for as long as you are in business.
When you reach the monthly booking limit, your page stays online and every appointment already booked goes ahead as normal — new bookings wait for next month or for an upgrade. Nothing is deleted and the account is not closed.
WhatsApp and SMS reminders are included in every plan, the free one too. We do not charge for the first 50 messages a month; after that only the actual delivery cost is passed on — €0.05 (5 cents) per message — with no markup and no monthly fee on top. Messages are not bought up front in bundles.
You can change plan whenever you like, in either direction and with no contract. An upgrade takes effect immediately, and if you move down a plan you keep the paid level until the end of the billing period.

Frequently asked questions about pricing
Is the free plan really free?
It is, and it is not a trial. The free plan has no expiry date, we do not ask for a card at sign-up, and there is no automatic switch to a paid plan. You pay only if you choose Business or Pro yourself.
What happens when I go over 100 bookings a month?
Your page stays online and appointments already booked go ahead as normal. New bookings resume next month, or straight away if you move to Business or Pro, where bookings are unlimited. Nothing is deleted and the account is not closed.
How much do WhatsApp and SMS reminders cost?
The first 50 messages a month are free on every plan, including the free one. After that you only pay the delivery cost — €0.05 (5 cents) per message. There is no monthly fee for reminders and no message bundles to buy up front.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
You can, at any time and with no contract. An upgrade takes effect immediately. If you move down a plan or cancel, you keep the paid features until the end of the billing period, and the account then carries on on the free plan.
Are there any hidden costs?
There is no setup fee, no activation fee and no commission per booking. The only cost beyond the plan price is messages above the free 50 a month, and that is passed on without a markup.

Business is for a salon or clinic in full swing — unlimited bookings, up to five staff, vouchers and Google Calendar sync. Pro is for multiple locations, a custom domain, deposits and card payments, gift cards and group appointments.
